Our Events Service
 
PARTY/EVENT PACKAGE $300
 
A  package designed for those smaller events with 25 people or less attending.
 
These events include:
 
· Baby showers
· Bridal showers/Kitchen Tea
· Christening
 
This includes the total coordinating of these smaller sized events .Usually these events are held within a friend or family member’s home. A coordinator is not present on the day.
 
A deposit of $50 is required within one week of the booking. Final payments are to be made two weeks prior the event.
 
EVENT STARTER PACKAGE - $150.00
 
Would you like to organize your own Event, but you don’t know where to start?
This package includes a consultation with your Event coordinator to discuss the style of Event to suit you.
 
At this appointment your coordinator will help you work out suitable contacts to fulfill your requirements.
 
Your Event coordinator will then get back to you with a list of recommended contacts. It is then up to you to contact them, source quotes and do all the organizing yourself.
 
Additional assistance with obtaining further contacts can be arranged if required at $50 per consultation.
 
EVENT VENUES PACKAGE - $450
 
Have you already planned your Event but need assistance with the set up of the venue?
 
All consultations are included. Your Event coordinator will source and purchase or hire on your behalf everything you need regarding decorations and equipment.
 
A deposit of $150 is required within one week of making the booking. Payment is to be finalised at least two weeks prior to the event.  Hiring/purchase costs are not included.
 
EVENT COORDINATOR PACKAGE - $750
 
Is your Event all organized but you would just like someone to be there on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly?
 
Your Event coordinator will be present to liaise on the day with your suppliers, to ensure your venue is decorated and to coordinate all the formalities.
A deposit of $200 is required within one week of making the booking. All consultations are included in this package price. Payment is to be finalized at least two weeks prior to the Event.
 
 
 
EVENT ASSISTANCE PACKAGE - $1000
 
Are more than three aspects of your Event already planned?
We can help you with organizing the rest of your Event and tying it all together for you.
 
Package includes:
 
Initial consultation to determine what has been organized and what still needs to be done.
Organization and coordination of outstanding arrangements
Continuing consultation with our Client to ensure their desires are met.
Event coordinator as point of contact for all suppliers and venues to help avoid stress and confusion.
 
A deposit of $500 must be paid within one week of the initial consultation before any services can commence. Final payment is to be made at least one month prior to the Event.
 
With this package your Event coordinator will not be present on the day of your Event. This can be included for an additional discounted fee of $30.00/hour (weekdays), $45/hour (weekends) or $65/hour (public holidays).
 
Decoration of the venue is not included in this package but can be added for a discounted fee of $300 (normally $500). You will be required to pay the cost of hiring and/or purchasing items used in the decorating.
 
FULL EVENT PACKAGE - 15% of Total Dollars Spent
 
Have you ever dreamed of being able to step back and have a relaxed and stress free Event ?
 
Your Event coordinator will take care of everything with you only having to make the final decisions.
 
Your Event coordinator will source all quotes for you and liaise with suppliers on your behalf. Your Event coordinator will also be in attendance at the event to ensure the smooth running of the day and to deal with any unexpected events.
 
Package includes:
Initial consultation to determine the style and size of the event, to help coordinate a budget and assisting with choosing suppliers and venues to suit your wishes and needs.
All subsequent consultations to confirm and finalize details.
The Event coordinator as point of contact for suppliers and venues to help avoid stress and confusion.
After you decide on your suppliers and venues your Event coordinator will Put it all together to make your day complete.
Your Event coordinator will be available to attend and assist with all Event related functions as required. (Rehearsals ect)
 
A deposit of $500 must be made within one week of the initial consultation before any services can be commenced. Final payments must be one month prior to the Event.
