Would you like to organize your own wedding, but you don’t know where to start?

This package includes a consultation with your wedding coordinator to discuss the style of the wedding to suit you.

 

At this appointment your coordinator will help you work out suitable contacts to fulfill your requirements.

 

Your wedding coordinator will then get back to you with a list of recommended contacts. It is then up to you to contact them, source quotes and do all the organizing yourself.

 

Additional assistance with obtaining further contacts can be arranged if required at $50 per consultation.

 

 

Have you already planned your wedding but need assistance with the set up of the ceremony and reception venues?

 

All consultations are included. Your wedding coordinator will source and purchase or hire on your behalf everything you need regarding decorations and equipment.

 

A deposit of $150 is required within one week of making the booking. Payment is to be finalized at least two weeks prior to the wedding.  Hiring/purchase costs are not included.

 

 

Is your wedding all organized but you would just like someone to be there on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly?

 

Your wedding coordinator will be present to liaise on the day with your suppliers, to ensure your venues are decorated and to coordinate all the formalities.

A deposit of $200 is required within one week of making the booking. All consultations are included in this package price. Payment is to be finalized at least two weeks prior to the wedding.

 

 

Are more than three aspects of your wedding already planned?

We can help you with organizing the rest of your wedding and tying it all together for you.

 

Package includes:

 

Initial consultation to determine what has been organized and what still needs to be done.

Organization and coordination of outstanding arrangements

Continuing consultation with bride and groom to ensure their desires are met.

Wedding coordinator as point of contact for all suppliers and venues to help avoid stress and confusion.

 

A deposit of $500 must be paid within one week of the initial consultation before any services can commence. Final payment is to be made at least one month prior to the wedding.

 

With this package your wedding coordinator will not be present on the day of your wedding. This can be included for an additional discounted fee of $30.00/hour (weekdays), $45/hour (weekends) or $65/hour (public holidays).

 

Decoration of the church and reception venues is not included in this package but can be added for a discounted fee of $300 (normally $500). You will be required to pay the cost of hiring and/or purchasing items used in the decorating. This package also does not include arranging attire for the bridal party although we are happy to recommended stores for the bridal party to visit.

Your wedding coordinator will source all quotes for you and liaise with suppliers on your behalf. Your wedding coordinator will also be in attendance at the ceremony and reception to ensure the smooth running of the day and to deal with any unexpected events.

All subsequent consultations to confirm and finalize details.

The wedding coordinator as point of contact for suppliers and venues to help avoid stress and confusion.

After you decide on your suppliers and venues your personal wedding coordinator will organize the photographer, florist, vehicles, wedding cake, invitations, ceremony and reception venues, music arrangements and all the little things that go together to make your day complete.

Your wedding coordinator will be available to attend and assist with all wedding related celebrations and functions as required. (Bridal showers, kitchen teas, rehearsal and of course the day of your wedding.)
